Sub-Site Template

This Participating Site Agreement template (the “Template”) was developed collaboratively by over 50 research sites across Canada.

It includes standard terms and conditions designed for use in academic health institution research partnerships.

The goal is to provide standardized yet flexible language that meets the needs of each institution.
