Le Dr Lawrence Richer<\/strong> est membre de l’AOC et copr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 de transformation des syst\u00e8mes d’ACT. Il est professeur de p\u00e9diatrie \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 de l’Alberta et titulaire de la chaire des services de sant\u00e9 de l’Alberta en recherche informatique sur la sant\u00e9. Il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 le centre de coordination des donn\u00e9es au Women and Children’s Health Center et soutient plusieurs essais cliniques nationaux. Il est le nouveau doyen associ\u00e9 de la recherche en sant\u00e9 pour le College of Health Sciences de l’Universit\u00e9 de l’Alberta, dans le but de renforcer la recherche multidisciplinaire dans toutes les disciplines de la sant\u00e9, ainsi que le vice-doyen de la recherche (clinique) \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 de m\u00e9decine et de dentisterie. En tant que directeur du Northern Alberta Clinical Trials and Research Centre (NACTRC), il supervise tous les essais cliniques \u00e0 l’Universit\u00e9 de l’Alberta.
